Double Tin Cloth Pants are made with two layers of waxed canvas from the seat to just above the knees in the back, and from the waist to just below the knees in the front. Originally built to protect loggers and woodsmen from brambles and briars in rain-soaked Pacific Northwest forests, their rugged durability and water resistance is equally valued by hunters and sportsmen. The roomy fit through the seat and thighs provides ease of motion climbing over logs and up riverbanks, and double-needle stitching with bar-tacked reinforcing keeps them in service for decades.
